Customer photos
- The background is removed on the Customer's device — what reaches the seller is a photo already prepared for production, together with the original needed for printing.
- Files are stored on infrastructure in the European Union; metadata (EXIF/GPS) is stripped on saving.
- After 60 days files are deleted automatically. Earlier deletion on request: an e-mail with the order number is enough.
Recipients of the data
The providers needed to fulfil an order: the courier company, the payment operator, the hosting and file storage providers (EU), and the e-mail provider. They process the data under data processing agreements.
Rights of data subjects
The right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal). Requests: sklep@mavorashop.eu. A complaint may also be lodged with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).
