§1. General provisions

  1. These terms set out the rules for selling personalised acrylic figurines and the related services provided electronically.
  2. Prices in the store include tax, are given in Polish złoty (PLN), and do not include delivery, which is shown before the order is placed.
  3. A device with a current browser and an internet connection is enough to use the store. The configurator requires JavaScript to be enabled.

§2. The product and personalisation

  1. The product is an acrylic figurine about 11 cm tall with a built-in magnet, made to the configuration the Customer chooses: the character variant, the uploaded photo of a face and, optionally, a name.
  2. Before adding to the basket the Customer sees a live preview that reproduces the production file. The seller prints exactly the configuration that was approved.
  3. The photo should show one person, the face in good light. The system warns about resolution that is too low; the final decision to order is the Customer's.
  4. The Customer confirms that they hold the rights to the uploaded photo and the consent of the people shown in it for the product to be made.
  5. The seller may refuse an order whose content is unlawful, offensive or infringes third party rights; the payment is then refunded in full.

§3. Placing an order and concluding the contract

  1. Orders are placed through the configurator, the basket and the order form; no account is required.
  2. The unit price depends only on the total number of figurines ordered (a quantity discount). All personalisation options are free.
  3. The contract is concluded when the confirmation of the order is sent to the Customer's e-mail address.
  4. The Customer may order a figurine without a photo ("I'll send the photo later") — production starts once the photo is uploaded from the order status page.

§4. Payments

  1. Available payment methods: BLIK, fast online transfer and payment card, handled by the payment operator Przelewy24 — PayPro S.A., ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, entered in the register of national payment institutions kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
  2. An order goes into production once the payment has been credited.
  3. A sales document is issued for every order and sent electronically.

§5. Fulfilment and delivery

  1. Production time: 2–5 working days from the payment being credited (for orders where the photo is sent later, from the moment the photo is uploaded).
  2. Delivery within Poland to a chosen InPost parcel locker or by courier to the given address: usually 1–2 working days from dispatch. The delivery cost is shown before the order is placed.
  3. The expected delivery window is shown before the order is placed.

§6. Right of withdrawal

  1. A consumer, and a sole trader with consumer rights, may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. Exclusion: the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products — made to the Customer's specification (photo and/or name) — under art. 38(3) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This is stated before the order is placed and has to be confirmed.
  3. Non-personalised items keep the full right of withdrawal. The statement can be sent by e-mail to sklep@mavorashop.eu; the refund follows within 14 days.

§7. Complaints and the quality guarantee

  1. The seller is liable for the goods conforming to the contract under the Polish Consumer Rights Act (chapter 5a).
  2. Complaints are accepted by e-mail at sklep@mavorashop.eu; the seller responds to a complaint within 14 days.
  3. Regardless of statutory rights: in the case of a production defect the seller makes the figurine again or refunds the amount paid, with no return shipping cost for the Customer.

§8. Customer reviews

  1. Reviews are published after moderation (spam, unlawful content). Neither the text nor the rating is edited.
  2. Only reviews whose author gave an order number and e-mail address matching the order records for this product receive the "verified purchase" mark.

§9. Personal data

How data is processed, including uploaded photos, is described in the Privacy Policy.

§10. Final provisions

  1. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
  2. A consumer may use out-of-court complaint procedures, including the ODR platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
  3. These terms apply from 14 September 2026. Changes do not affect rights acquired under orders placed before the change.
