Questions and answers
In Poland, Grandma’s Day is on 21 January and Grandpa’s Day on 22 January. We ship within 2–5 working days, so it is best to order a week ahead.
For now we only make men’s figurines. Grandpa’s figurine can be a gift for both of them – it will hang on their fridge.
Yes, we print a caption of up to 14 characters – “Grandpa Joe” or “Super Grandpa” will fit. The caption is optional.
We ship within 2–5 working days of payment, and delivery usually takes 1–2 days. An InPost parcel locker costs 19 zł, a courier 25 zł.
