We ship within 2–5 working days of payment, and delivery usually takes 1–2 days. It is best to order about a week ahead.

A figurine with your photo and/or name cannot be returned within 14 days without giving a reason, because it is made just for you. That is why we show an exact preview before you order. A figurine with a ready-made head and no name can be returned within 14 days. If a figurine is defective, we make a new one or refund you, without you having to send the parcel back.
We ship within 2–5 working days of payment, and delivery usually takes 1–2 days. An InPost parcel locker costs 19 zł, a courier 25 zł.
